This is the Security Question that was Entered when the User Registered on the Portal - Refer to User Portal Registration.

The User needs to type in the Answer that was registered for the Security Question - Refer to Portal User Registration Page. Left Click the Submit Button.

Should the user not enter the correct answer the system will give an indication of this:
 
Should the user have entered the correct answer the system the system will respond with the message :
 
 
The new User Password will be mailed to the email address that was supplied during registration.

Change Password

 
The user can now log onto the system making use of the new Password. It is recommended that the user change the Password when he/she logs onto the system. The Password is changed by Editing the user profile.
 
 
Select the Change Password option. Enter the Password that was received via email and then enter the New Password. The Password is Changed by selecting the Change Password option ().
 
The system will give an indication that the Change Password process was completed successfully.
