Take note that all fields are required fields. The implication of this being that a User Account will not be created unless all fields have been completed.

User Information

1. User Information
Enter the required User Information.
 
Ensure that the ID Number is correct. The ID Number is used to automatically link Students to Guardians on the Portal. Should the ID number that is used not be correct No Students will be linked to the guardian. The Guardian will be able to log-on to the portal but no students will be available on the Portal. The Institution Portal Administrator must then manually link the correct Students to the Guardian on the Edupac Enterprise  System.

E-mail

2. E-mail
When a user submits the request to Register on the Portal a verification mail is sent to the E-mail Address that is specified. Should the E-mail Address be incorrect the user will not Receive a verification mail. The implication of this will be that the User Account will not be Activated on the Portal and the user will not be able to Logon.

Password

Note: The Password should be at least 7 Characters in length. It should consist of Alpha Numeric Characters, at least One Numeric Character and One Special Character [ !@#$%^&*() ].

Password Reset Question

This is a question that will be asked when the user requests a Password Reset.

5. Password Reset Answer
This is the answer to the Password Reset Question when a Password Reset is requested.

Captcha Code

This is a randomly created code that is used to verify the supplied User Information.

Show Another Code

7. Show Another Code
 
Should the user not be able to read the displayed code a different code can be requested by Left Clicking on Show another code. When this is done a different code will be displayed.

Register

Once all fields have been completed a user is created by Left Clicking on the Create User Button. Should all fields not be completed the messages below will be displayed:
 
 
Should all fields be completed and the submission of information is successful - Refer to Activate Account.
